I still doubt this is ERi.TV 2, I hope mar-val can give us more details?
From what I remember of 30.5° and 53° East, ERi.TV 2 has the normal ERi.TV logo, with a coloured "II" next to the "V".

This is very much still an experimental thing going on here.
Maybe retransmitting bits and pieces from everywhere.
A week or so ago, the colour bars test pattern showed "Hawwsa Abay" (Blue Nile).

Edit: The Amharic in the trailer translates to something like: "Debub TV".
Debub is a region in Eritrea.

Sorry boys, I did not send the update,probably Ahmediraqi and flysat forgot overwrite the source.
there is some transmision, at the moment, without logo. For me it looks only like a feed.

Now I see the same logo as above. So it can be ERI TV2.

Familiar logo also from C-band (57E). These Ethiopian channels relaying this channel every now and then. If I remember right Oromiyaa never relay but Amhara (4031L) and some of 3660L ETV:s showing that logo and topmost its own logo.

Thanks Kveys, already quietly hoped you could bring more clues with your knowledge of what runs in C-band!
Maybe you'll find a 1:1 copy in C-band, or indeed on Ku-band runs just a feed with all sorts of content.

Because of the good FEC, nearly always have a lock on 11461 H.
Only the Debub TV logo now in the left corner.

I shall put plate back tomorrow, so I can observe circulars again (57E). These channels are quite wild must say. On weekends ETV relaying here Supersport with Premier league footy (last season). Sometimes they send/relay (naaah they dont relay legally I bet!?) FOX Movies. And theres seen also some 2nd Ethiopian/Eritrean channel logo.

And I speak only 57E C-band version of these channels.

Since the last week or so, 11461 H 3500 is topping at high S/N levels like 7 dB here in the evening.
Even the Bundeswehr TV at 11007 H 4883 is sometimes locked by crazyscan thanks to FEC 1/2.
Kenya on 11554 H 3300 remains out of reach by a few dB...
