I receive very well – strong signal 80 to 90%
Hotbird (13°E)
Astra (19.2°E)
Badr 4 / Badr 5 / Badr 6 (26°E) …my reference for the south Azimuth (true): 180.6°
Turksat (42°E)

On Eurobird 9A (9.0°E)

I receive very well
11938.00 H TP61 87%
11996.00 V TP64 88%
12092.00 H TP69 76%
12418.00 V TP86 84%

However I cannot receive (signal too weak)
12034.00 V 66 <30%
12245.00 H 77 <30%
Though according to EUROBIRD™ 9A :: 9° EAST :: DOWNLINK COVERAGE

I tried to adjust the LNB skew - azimuth – elevation …no effect … ?

Not much variation in signal strength on those frequencies here in the East of UK, should be OK too where you are. Can you try a different LNB/receiver?

LNBs are quite cheap these days, just go for the best low noise one you can afford. Inverto Black Ultra are well thought of.

However, re-checking the frequencies you can/cannot receive doesn't really point to an LNB problem. Check your cable/connections, tight cable bends can play funny tricks with certain frequencies. I would also have suggested DECT phone/WiFi interference, but the problem frequencies don't really fall into those frequency bands as far as I can tell.
 
I have a problem receiving most of the DVB-S2 transponders on 9°E in Helsinki with an 80cm dish, including the two you are missing. I assumed it was down to the FEC used as the DVB-S transponders are quite weak too at around 50-68% quality but they are watchable.
 
To : TIMO Thank you for your observation ...however here near Izmir Turkey the TP 61 - 64 - 69 - 86 are quite strong - signal around 80% ...only TP 66 and 77 are very weak ...I cannot imagine why ?

To : Llew : You are right there is no point to suspect the LNB when TP 61 - 64 - 69 - 86 are well received

No DECT or Wifi at proximity ...beside I receive very well the frequency 12034 MHz V on other satellite such as Hotbird 13°E

Does your receiver support DVB-S2? If not you cant watch the DVB-S2 frequencies.
 
To : TIMO and Llew After analysing what Timo wrote about DVB-S2 transponders I realized that only TP transmitting in DVB-S2 are weak ( TP 57 - 58 - 66 - 67 - 68 - 72 - 77 ) ?

Maybe my receiver is not able to receive DVB-S2 ....? I have no information about the DVB-S2 format in the receiver's manual ? Maybe my receiver is suitable only for DVB-S ? Would that be an explanation for the weak signal on DVB-S2 transponders ?

DVB-S2 is a new transmission format often used for HDTV. If your receiver is a few years old it wont support it.

You are right ...as I mentioned in my previous post I am not sure if my receiver support DVB-S2 ....most probably not !

That could explain the weak signal on transponders transmitting in DVB-S2 format.

I will have to purchase a receiver able handle DVB-S2

It's odd, according to the official footprint we should be getting similar signal levels but I find the levels vary quite a lot across various transponders. For me the horizontal ones are a lot weaker. Strongest are 50, 54, 56 and 64 at about 68% but the rest are almost 10-20% lower and a lot I can't get at all, even a couple of DVB-S transponders.

Edit: Oops, didn't see the new posts before I replied. A DVB-S2 receiver would help. ;)
