Not sure if this has always been FTA but scanned 23.5 today and there it was in the clear.

It's not any more mate, my Alien2+ is reading it as multi crypt in Seca,Viaccess and Nagra respectively. This is a new transponder I think so probs had a free to air period till the end user stuff was put in place.
