However the Eutelsat 10A is still at 10°E... it hasn't started any movement yet.
 
But now 10A really started moving, already with 3.2°W/day, could well be end-of-live.
 
I confirm, it's moving west. Only the primary telemetry signal is active, in circular polarity (10950,20 LHCP).

I just checked and I notice that the TLEs are no longer correct, it is now at almost 7°W.
It appears that a new maneuver has been carried out to further raise the orbit.
I suspect it's going into graveyard orbit.
