Eutelsat 36 West A was issued as Atlantic Bird 1 (later renamed Eutelsat 12 West A) In August 2002 the carrier Ariane 5 Satellite has a total of 24 transponders in Ku-band with a bandwidth of 36, 54 and 72 MHz. Life expectancy is 15 years.

If the new footprint is favorable to Europe here is where to look:-

Active part of the Ku band for this satellite is 10950 to 11200 + 11300 to 11440 + 12500 to 12750 Happy Hunting :)

Would you please be able to tell me if the active parts of the Ku spectrum are related to the location of the satellite? Or, are they fixed and do not change no matter where the satellite is located?

They are fixed most of the time but in some locations where other satellites are operating they can only use part of the available spectrum,

See my latest Ku band usage 57 east to 55.6 west attached.

Thank you for uploading the table.

The file is in txt format and if I open with notepad the alignment seems to be a little bit out.
Would you please be able to tell me is there a tip/trick to get the file to open with the alignment a little better?

If you set your Font in Note Pad to Lucida Console / Regular / size 14 you will be able to read the chart as I made it.
