Eutelsat Hotbird 13B appears to have stopped at 33°E.
Here is a video of the comparison of the telemetry signals with that of the Eutelsat 33E:
 
Two test carriers are active, frequencies 10949 and 11508, both in vertical polarity.

Maybe they are from the Hotbird 13B?

Which are the transponders (list) who have transfered from Eutelsat 33E to Eutelsat 33F (33.0° East) until now ?
