Probably a future Eutelsat slot, it's registered at ITU.

Probably a few more years use left in it, inclination of 0.8° is easily in scope for broadcasters. In terms of degrees per hour it does not move too fast in the inclined orbit (0.2° per hour across arc centre), very easy to track.

Probably just as in-orbit spare, next to Eutelsat 12 West B at 12.5°W.

The TT&C beacon on 11706.85H is quite strong (carrier 22dB S/N in 1kHz). 1.5m dish, peaked on 12.5W, needed to be tweaked a bit to the west to optimise it.

12.5W (11704H) on left, 12.7W (11706.85H) on the right. The line at the cursor is a spurious. Captured when at 0.69N, dish peaked on 12.7W. DRO LNB, LO at 10600ish.

The satellites stayed at 70.3°E under the name Eutelsat 70E, from 4 October 2018 to 8 April 2019.
And today arrived at new location 48.1°E, with 2.5° inclination.

Probably Eutelsat 48D will soon leave 48.1°E.
Maybe to 12.5°W where Eutelsat 12WB is nearing end-of-life. Its inclination is already allowed to grow (just 0.1° now).
