Eutelsat 36a moving

Probably Eutelsat 48D will soon leave 48.1°E.
Maybe to 12.5°W where Eutelsat 12WB is nearing end-of-life. Its inclination is already allowed to grow (just 0.1° now).
This has indeed happened! Eutelsat 48D (a.k.a. Afghansat 1) left 48.1°E on January 21, and has now arrived at 12.5°W (incl. 0.3°).
The satellite originally was launched in 2008 as Eutelsat W2M, and had a power subsystem failure at 16°E.

The 12.5°W slot was empty since Eutelsat 12 West B went to graveyard orbit on October 6, 2020.
