Eutelsat 65 West A at 65.2°W

Today, moving my disk close to its limit, I found this signal. From another forum, I saw that a TP broadcast in DVB NIP was reported. Unfortunately, my TBS 6983 and 6903X and my Rover 900 Plus didn't record the signal.
So I think it's a terrestrial broadcast using satellite frequencies.
Can you confirm this hypothesis?

I don't have an extended C-band LNB. I had them in the past, but they didn't have the 5G filter, and with these LNBs I had no reception because 5G is very powerful here.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any LNBs with a 5G filter extending the bandwidth from 3800 to 4800. If there are any at medium prices, I might consider them.
This is the image of the dish when I'm at 65° West. It's practically parallel to the ground.

I have reception here in Central UK on Extended Cband - 2.2mtr, Norsat lnb. Unable to scan Hor pol at the moment and unable to tweak the system untill a later date.
New for me on 65° W, freq 4715 V. 7072, 3/4. fta at the moment. TV TEM HD.

Here my scan (now) using motorized dish 5m and Solid lnbf (indian) 3600 ~4800 (LOF 5750)





Edit: sort transponders, new auto dish adjust and only 4500 to 4800. I found below 4500, but need check why.

A couple of 65.2° W afternoon scans off the 2.2m PF, Norsat lnb, Multilnb changer.
Due to the multi lnb changer at focus containing 2 x Cband scalars & 1 x Ku, 1 x Ka scalars there will be some slight signal blocking.
