Eutelsat 70B 70.5° East

.... Todays scan on 70.5° East through misty rain, 1.2CM.
Quite surprised with this, didn't realise i could hit it. Might be better results when weather picks up.

Just came in on an auto scan with the 6903 pc card Blade, in fact it was me spotting your post for this orbital spot the other day that prompted me to see if i could hit it also ... and whallah!.
General incoming strength is a bit up and down at the moment but some interesting stuff on there.
I watched the feed of those two guys in your last post for a good hour.

No lock at the moment for Mta, signals are up and down quite a bit.
Captured on Satlook specky, has faster refresh.

John, seeing as though you are in the right spot for this , can you look for Intelsat 22 Ku transponder ?

A bit awkward here unless I cut down a tree or three in the park opposite - 72.1 East

Transponder of interest is 12.541 , Horizontal, and a digital signal with a symbol rate above 2000, the last one was 2300.

There are plenty on C band as per the Lyngsat link, though you will need more than a 1.2m in this part of the world.

Intelsat 22 at 72.1°E - LyngSat

Ku is - just- possible from where you are since I used to get 72.5 East some 14 years ago from this roof (WSW London).

Thanks in advance.

.... Will do CH, i might just and i mean just, be able to hit that as it hits the East limit on the 1224 motor on the roof mount 1.2 CM.
Bare with me

Intelsat 22 @ 72.1° East.
This is all i could capture on with the 1.2 CM at the moment. The nearest to your request is the one highlighted. No Vertical TP's would lock although some were showing on the analyser.
Signal path / very low elevation / slight winds / overcast rain clouds is causing signal fluctuations CH.
I'll leave it parked up here for tonight and look at it again tomorrow to see if there is any change.

Thank you, though a 3 MHz difference means something is out.

32APSK will however be of interest to the PC Card guys on this forum though.

I can only see that freq listed on Lyngsat and no other site, and that was over four years ago when listed.
@Feedsat & @dx qwer might have a check also on a larger reflector

1.2 CM.
Clear star laden sky this morning, levels are up . Scan taken 6.38am. One Vertical freq locked now.
EBSPro scan confirms looking at 72.1° East, slight difference of opinion re: polarity of ref signal highlighted in network info.

As you know John, most of the tables are wrong unfortunately . Well, I can t check it right now but in upper band there are Vertical frequencies on the Mobility beam.
