After waiting about 10 minutes for the signal to come in due to very low elevation of this satellite for me (1.6 degrees), I managed to scan in 11294H. The signal lasted about 1 minute before disappearing again. I am now waiting for 11211H to chime in (if it ever does), so I can log that too.

If you have line of sight of this in the UK, it's worth hanging on for a few minutes to see if the atmospherics change to give you a signal.

This is on the 90cm Fibo.

Here's 11211H - slightly stronger than 11294H at peak but both easily lockable when conditions are right.

What quality % do you need for a lock here?

This HEVC channel is being speculated to be a 4K channel.

It might be HEVC codec but at 720x288 resolution, it's up there with VHS tapes.

HEVC: more channels (even in SD) in one transpoder.
