Thanks alot william-1 ; but this is very strange , all these TPs ara dedicated to the Mena beam, and some of them are currently operating on Eutelsat 7 West A.

Yes I was surprised also maybe they are monitoring the transponders here in Europe then switch beams when E8WA goes into service ?

Looks like Eutelsat 8WestB can replace E8WestA + provide back up for most of the transponders of Eutelsat 7westA & Eutelsat 8westC

8 west 10950 to 11450 + 12500 to 12750 (Eutelsat 8 West A) (Eutelsat 8 West B 3rd qtr 2015)
Nilesat 201 @ 7 west covers 11700 to 12305
