Looks like it maybe Eutelsat 7C the next launch by ArianeSpace.

I think it's the Eutelsat Konnect satellite, to be launched 2nd half of this year.
Ka band connectivity to Europe and Sub-Sahara Africa, 65 spot beams.
Electric propulsion. Position to be determined.

GSAT-30 will be at 83.0°E, to replace Insat-4B.
Eutelsat Konnect still unknown slot, but will need up to 6 months to reach it anyway (electric orbit raising).

The satellite should be BB4A ... According to the FCC license request, the slot is 14°E, both for testing and for the final location.

Telemetry frequencies 11701,60 LHCP and 11704,00 LHCP.
