Hi again all,

I finally managed to get a lock on 11.727V yesterday... and I was able to download the channels... but just as I was about to take some pictures... the rain came... so I couldn't get any done...

I have monitored this TP for quite some time now... and a signal lock has always been just out of my reach... due to it's DVB-S2 8PSK signal... but yesterday I realised that it had now changed signal to DVB-S QPSK... and I finally got a lock on the TP

The channels download as below... the channels listed in my pictures are slightly different... I renamed PCNE... and the second channel came up as test2 yesterday... but it now comes up as CMC today... but more importantly it is FTA

11.727V [27500] 3/4 DVB-S [QPSK] 38.0 Mbps [Sub-Sahara Africa Beam]

[Irdeto2]

PCNE [VPID 0121/APID 0123/PPID 0121]
CMC [VPID 0131/APID 0133/PPID 0131] **FTA**
CCTVE [VPID 0141/APID 0143/PPID 0141]
Dragn [VPID 0151/APID 0153/PPID 0151]
Jaing [VPID 0161/APID 0163/PPID 0161]
Hunan [VPID 0171/APID 0173/PPID 0171]
ESPP [VPID 0181/APID 0183/PPID 0181]

I have added pictures below...

Best Wishes,
Zorch

Bro can u help me plz ? What size dish well be fine for Eutelsat W7 Sub-Sahara African In Sweden / city Vaxjo ??? i want SuperSport Channels ? :)

In Sweden the chances to get the SSA Beam are extremely low. qwer from Rastatt (SW Germany) gets all frequencies on the very limit on his high efficient Kathrein 2.2m. Even if you could set up a much larger dish, be aware that the Russian Beams of 36A/36B are so much stronger that would make it impossible to lock the ones you want.

@Deepbluesky i dont know i really want those channels and where do u live ?

Stuttgart - its in his profile.

From what hes saying you can forget these channels in Sweden, if for no other reason they will be blocked by the Russian beam channels.

[h=1]is that possible to get Eutelsat W7 African beam in Denmark ? any tell me ?thnx

Best Wishes[/h]

qwer is the one that is receiving these channels, not me. And as much as you might want them i can only repeat that your chances are almost zero to get them over satellite. The only way i can see is to find somebody receiving them for you and streaming them to your location. Since this is rather difficult i fear that you will have to forget them unless you will move closer to the Beam. Southern France or Spain would be a good choice. Sorry but these are the hard facts.

Even in Denmark i doubt very much. In Osnabrück satshop24.de some years ago had installed a 2.70m Offset dish for the Russian Channels that are using the same frequencies. At that time they were working fine. I don't know how the situation looks like today. But even if some frequencies of the SSA Beam reach your location, expect something much bigger than the 1m you're using now.

An exact answer you can only expect from big dish DXers around you and unfortunately i am not aware of anybody that is present on this board or on any others.

Hmm interesting.

kingkhan6 you are the same person as Hameed9 arent you. Say "yes sorry Mr Analoguesat" because you are rumbled mate.

Hello,

yes, I can get (for example) all frequencies with (encrypted) SuperSport Channels, some on the very limit and not 24/7.

Best Regards
qwer.

Hey qwer, the transponders which share frequencies with the Russian beam, what happens to these? Can you sufficiently separate the polarisation to receive both of these beams on the same frequency?

Hello Captain Jack,

if transponders from SSA beam share frequencies with Russian beam, in these cases I can only manage to lock SSA beam frequencies.

On my QTH I can get small signal without lock (using Signal Analyzer from "EBS Pro 5.0.0.6 or Openbox X-810) on 12130 R, 12149 L (both Eutelsat 36B) and 12207 R, 12284 R (both Eutelsat 36A).

Best Regards
qwer.

Thanks for that. I guess you are too far out of Russia's footprint for it to have an effect. I wonder what people's experiences are like further east on this satellite.

Here are some reports from Germany: _http://www.dishworld.de/thread.php?threadid=2342

Hameed, as deepbluesky said - 2.2m dish. You will not get it in Sweden - forget it.

Various posters on this thread have now been banned as they are all quite obviously the same person. He's just trying to waste our time
