Lovely photos.
We are next within the following two days
Supposed to be a cold front coming from Syberia. :)

We actually had another 10cm of snow since those where taken. Total of about 40cm in north north Athens and sub zero temperatures for the past 24h. I think it's moved on now and is snowing as far South as Crete too !
I had to clear the dish 4 times in the past 24h due to picture brake up. Eurobird would be the first to go.

It looks bad,I can't even see your dish

lol that is just a garden view from inside the house.

But I've now lost C4 whilst Eurobird is still viewable (strange!?) and so I will have to get out there & clean once more. I'll take a photo of the dish.

Photos as promised. This was just before cleaning no5 .. .. .. ..

Maybe you should light the barbecue and put it under the dish.
We got our cold weather today. Sleet in Limassol, windy wet and cold.
5.5c outside and dropping.

**** me looks a bit chilly.
Is that normal over there? I thought even though it is winter snow would be unusual.

Thanks for the pictures.
It is our turn now. Snow in northern areas and in Jerusalem.
But it will only last less than 24 hours.
BTW, the dishes in the picture are not mine. :)

A storm it was and it has passed. No it is not normal weather for Greece. I have never had to dig my car out before ! It was down to -8C last night and +12C at noon today ... most of the 50cm of snow has already melted.

I now sympathize with all the folk in bitterly cold places as snow and ice IS a problem for a dish and it's a bugger to keep going out in the cold to clean it. Personally I found that snow on the dish is not as bad as ice on the dish, but I may be wrong.
