According to Reuters, a suicide bomber, pending confirmation from the police.
A spokesman for the Manchester Arena stadium said the explosion occurred "outside the enclosure", which has a capacity for 21,000 people. The attack occurred "in public space" when "people were abandoning the spectacle of Ariana Grande."

My condolences to the victims families and speedy recovery to the injured.
We had our share of suicide bombers mainly on buses and restaurants all over the country since 1993.
Sorry that Europe is experiencing lately the same terror patterns.
I hope the security forces in the UK can prevent similar terror in the future, but unfortunately there is no guarantee.

To be fair they have stopped a number of large scale ones already this year, they do not do a bad job in general they are not however perfect

My heart goes out to the family's of the victims.

Sicko's attacking kids, not my idea of any type of war or what ever they think is a retaliation to anything related to what we do in the war on terrorists, I personally have some 44 magnum hollow points setup with pig tallow in them, this lets them skip the "go directly to heaven with a number of virgins" bit, and sends them straight to hell.

Anyone queasy about the death penalty for these bastards then send them over here, I will make it quick.
