Express 80 & 103 are currently due to launch on a Proton in April. Both will be serving Russia from the 80E & 103E orbital slots.

The launch has been postponed for 24 hours due to the additional testing of the Breeze-M booster block.


By the updated info, Express-103 will work at 96.5e position. 103e is its reserve position. Probably this sat will be relocated to 103e later, after Express-AMU3 launch to 96.5e position, or it was decided to swap the positions of these satellites, it isn't clear at the moment.


Both satellites will use electro-propolsion engine to reach the geostationary orbit.
Express 80 will travel to the GSO within 152 days, while Express 103 will travel to the GSO within 160 days:


The in-orbit testing of both satellites is schedulled to January-February of 2021.

I can't find specific footprints outside of these content in documents.

Both Express-80 and Express-103 satellites have separated from the Breeze-M booster block successfully:

 
For some days I have been detecting telemetry signals, from objects 2020-053A (should be Express-80) frequency 3405,72 RHCP and 2020-053B (should be Express-103) frequency 3404,78 RHCP.

Progress during the last 3 months.
If the trend continues like this, Express-80 could be stationary in 1 or 2 weeks, Express-103 a few weeks later.

The testing of Express-80 sat in Ku-band has started this morning at 80,5e position.
Test carrier 11606 V in wide mode was active an hour ago.
Test carrier 11672 H in wide mode was active just a moment ago.
