According to the last TLE, Express-103 sat is now stabilized on GSO at 102.9e position, ready for testing.
Unfortunately, I can't monitor the testing of 103e, since there are obstacles on the way.

Well, they've started to test C-band transponders now.
3825 L is active atm, the bandwidth is around 50 MHz (received in Belarus, not my info)

P.S. There is Left Circular polarization on both plots, since a single-polarization LNB is used there.

The testing at 103°E seems over, Express-103 started drifting a few days ago and should be at 96.5°E on March 8.
I'm curious if the name will be changed there!

Transponder tests activated. They appear and disappear after a while.(all credit goes to @wellikan.Thanks)

Express-103 did not stop at 96.5°E as was expected.
Maybe it will continue to 90.0°E, which is a slot shared by Gazprom (Yamal) and RSCC (Express).

Correction: Express-103 has actually stopped at 96.5°E on March 8.
Apparently a swap happened for several days with another nearby dead satellite.
