Looks loike AM-1 is in trouble - this is on the front page of Flysat:

Since April 24, 2010, the orbital incline of the Express-AM1 satellite has been impossible to be kept due to a failure on the satellite.

Anyone noticed any signal fluctuations on this bird yet?
 
Grozny still coming in fine (11653H). Can't speak for the C Band TPs.

There is a very small drop of signal strength until now .

here in israel. i still can receive that bird with strong signal. all the ku-band transponders are ok:10967v,10994v,11096h,11159v,11676h. i'm using a 130 cm jackson offset dish with a zinwe twin universal lnb.
 
According to information from russian experts and specialists, this problem won't have impact on any reasonably small (1.2meter and smaller) dish owners till 2011. Large dish owners (3m and above, used for state channel broadcasting), will experience problems in nearest 3 months. As instability will increase, KU band payload will be switched off, to avoid interference with nearby Hellas sat (39E). If the situation will become really bad, C band will be also switched off, and moved to 80E (MD1), but then no backup will be available, and 80E is harder to receive in certain parts of russia. Replacement satellite is scheduled only for end of 2011, so 2011 will be really hard for russian state broadcasting (since tv relay system from soviet times is dismantled long time ago and sold as scrap, only remaining source for state channel distribution is satellite).
 
Presumably there has been a thruster system failure so the north-south station keeping cant be carried out any longer. Assuming the bird isnt already more than minimally inclined she's got 2-3 years before it becomes a serious problem for normal domestic sized dishes
