Fox Kids Europe will launch four interactive games on the PlayJam channel on Sky Active next month.
The games, featuring characters from Fox Kids series such as Power Rangers Ninja Storm, will reach 7.2 million homes from April 8, marking a significant increase in the distribution of Fox Kids Play in the UK.
Players can access and play the games via remote control and will be charged a pay-per-play fee. Also included are high-score tables and pay-to-enter competitions.
Mel Alcock, executive director of commercial sales at FKE, said: “In securing such a significant increase in distribution through the launch on PlayJam’s channel on Sky in the UK, Fox Kids can take its wealth of interactive gaming experience to the mass market, enabling millions of Sky consumers to interact in a new and fun way, providing another excellent platform beyond the TV channel.”
