Extra satellite channels

Hi

I've got a new Sky Freesat in a Pace Digibox and am quite happily using it down on the French/Swiss border.

What would I need to do if I wanted to subscribe to a non-Sky channel such as Film Four or perhaps the TopupTV channels? Would this be possible from here in France? I have a UK bank account for any direct debits that are needed.

Also, I hear that E4 is coming is coming to Freeview at the end of May. Does this mean I'll be able to pick up this channel without doing anything to my setup?

For Top Up TV you need to move to the UK - its our DTT service! ISTR for a film 4 sub you have to have a Sky subs first, although if Im wrong some one will jump in.


E4 is only going free on Freeview DTT, so you arent going to get it.

Terms check:

Freeview - the UK digital terrestrial service (from the transmitter network)
Freesat - the free channels from Sky plus ITV / ITV2 / C4 / C5 with an appropriate card
FreeToView (FTV) The scrambled channels available with the freesat card (ITV / ITV2 / C4 / C5)
