I bought a Vu+ Duo recently and installed VTI image. Then Blackhole, then VIX. Original VTI image worked like a breeze, no crash or freezes. Blackhole and VIX crashed several times so I went back to VTI but as i've been messing around and experimenting with plugins etc I wanted to start afresh so did a factory reset but it doesn't reset to factory settings i.e it stil retains the VTI image. How can I reset it to how it was out of the box with Vu+ software. I am also not sure if it totally cleans out the memory to out of the box state as reflashing VTi now gives me some problems that I didn't get when it was first flashed. Newbie here so pls dont get too techie

Reset just returns an image to its virgin state. If you want to restore a previous image you will have to flash the receiver with that image. You can download Vu+ factory images from the VIX forum.
TBH, I haven't had a green screen in months using VIX (2.3 now), and if you are it is probably due to using some incompatible plug-in.
