I agree it's a great film. I saw a few years ago, and I've still got it on a DVD somewhere. It was (is?) available to download in good quality (not great, as the source material - the feeds off of presumably a VCR?) from a website which I think was connected to the maker(s). I think it was about 2GB and was just a regular link to download.
I especially liked the Larry King feeds. I can't figure that guy out politically - which is the way it should be for a guy who hosts a flagship show on a news channel!
