The last woman took about 15 min to decide to jump from the Helicopter but eventually jumped after a lot of persuasion,

A scan here today.ACM filter on,so no ACM.
11073 v 61991 8PSK 3/4 a rather high SR doesn't seem to be listed.No Channels.

It seems to switch to 16APSK at a lower data rate every now and then but the APSK isn't visible on the constellation (too short a burst?). I can't check the TS.
