I had a DM8000 from DVBSHOP in Germany. It would not move the dish and DM support said its a tuner fault. I returned it to DVBSHOP and they claim no satellites were stored so there is no fault. Of course not, I set it to factory reset before despatch. Do they do an electronic test or simply plug it in and get a signal and thats it. Of course the arrogance from DVBSHOP comes for free, trying to blame me and more or less saying I haven't a clue.
