They use Thor/Sirius and a few are "free" meaning U must have a card but the card is free
(almost) they ask U for a fee to start with, covering the card and so on
A Canal Digital sub for the Finnish channels is 78 eur/year. Finnish "Local" sub
You will need a conax-pairing compatible receiver for a new sub.
The sub is only available for residents in Finland so it needs to be arranged somehow.
You can also legally get a sub for TV Finland anywhere in the footprint of thor3 or intelsat 10-02. This single-channel sub is a mix of local YLE-programmes & news that YLE holds the copyright for.

Edit: The tvfinland sub is unbeleivable 170 eur / year. Guess the yearly tv-licence fee is included.
