I managed to get an old dish from a friend which has 2 LNBs on the dish which was used for hotbird and 19.2

I have managed to get a 60% signal (on dm800) on my £10 sat finder it beeps on 9db on the lowest setting on hotbird. (via the LNB on the right standing behind dish.)

To do this I had to mount the pole its fixed on at an angle.

On the other LNB (left lnb behind dish) I seem to be getting 9e a scan found 197 channels .

Does the pole need to be plumb level?

Any help apprecicated
 
No, the pole doesn't have to be plumb, but its generally easier if it is.

Not sure from your post what you are trying to do? Is is to get 19E +13E?

If you want 19E and 13E, you need to get 19E working on the right hand LNB, and 13E should work on the left hand one, plus a little tweak if necessary.
