As you have the internet, are you sure you are putting in the correct frequencies for the other satellites ?

Is the meter readout four, or five digits ?

How big is the dish you are conecting it to, and what type of motor ?

Are you adjusting the elevation of the dish when moving off the two other satellites?

Ive got a feeling the motor might be stopping the 22kHz tone, or it may not be generated by the meter.

Are you saying that you cannot get the meter to show a signal on any satellites?

Do you have to toggle on the LNB voltage in the meter first?

PS. Please try and use some punctuation, your posts are very hard to read.

Ok here we what i am saying, it picks up 19e 13e no problems, its very strange it does not find 28e 16e and many more. The first thing you will say is i have wrong freq in meter, i would say the same myself so in put all freq my self and still no joy. Do not have anything only lnb and dish, as am doing it outside, but when i connect my sat box to it it has signal but nothing showing on meter on these. To me it sounds like sofware problem, i am on to first strike to see what they think, im at a lost thanks for your help.

Have added some punctuation to your post above.

16E may be a difficult catch with anything less than a 90cm dish and can be swamped by 13E and 19E, 28.2 East is substantially lower in the Sky, so you may have the dish too high when looking for that bird.

Pictures of the meter (one on a working satellite and one on a non working one) would be a good idea

Doesn't help anyone else who might have a similar problem though. What did you do, (or First strike suggest) to solve it ?

There is a 22khz setting on meter this switches the Lnbf Lo frequencies 22khz off chooses 09750 and on its 10600 so on 28.2e is off and 19e 13e is on

That selection is relevant to frequency not satellite, as there are both high and low band transponders on all of those satellites, it is dependent on the recognition frequencies you choose for each satellite.

sorry mate i sold mine long ago but i can say the best thing is that you can connect to lnb cable coming from receiver to get power,i couldn't find that in many other meters, answering your questions although didn't get it well,i say it's a very simple unit just pay attention to 18 and 12 because one is vertical the other horizantal

An up to date satellite database would of helped you out with your above problem which would of included all of the latest freqs & LNB settings etc.

Your meter would of come with the global database which is factory set and is more geared up for the USA and is not upto date with the Europe settings.

We have now done our very own custom UK & Europe database for these meters which you can now request from the First Strike official website subject to you having registered your meters serial number with them. Its includes all major satellites from 60e to 60w

Anyone purchasing a meter from us direct, now has the option of us pre loading this database for you at no extra cost so the meter is ready to go out of the box with all the latest freqs & settings for our region which will save you alot of time.
