Hello,

I have just acquired a Pace 1000 and Kerstan mini dish. I have managed to align the dish and can see a picture. However, when scrolling through the channels, after channel 166 (Sky) it reverts to 101 (BBC1). There's no music, sports or news etc. Even, looking through the EPG, the channels are missing. Any ideas what I need to do to view the missing channels?

Hi Mark, welcome to the forum.

Not sure about your receiver, as I don't recognise the model.

I'm presuming that it isn't a Sky digibox?

If it is, then try a forced software update, you do this by unplugging at the mains, then plugging back in whilst holding in the backup button on the box, keep the button depressed until all the lights flash, it will then load new software.
 
Ah thanks, didn't know they had that number. :) Probably old software then. :)
