I have a fixed dish, set up by sly (am in a flat) was wondering is there any other sats I can pick up and what else would I need (equipment) and anything I would need to change
ATM its hooked up to TM 500.

The dish is only capable of pointing to one satellite at a time so you either need another dish (preferably larger as another $ly minidish is very limited as to which satellites it will get) or replace the minidish with a larger one with multiple LNBs. A sensible size would be 80cm and this would (fairly!) easily take 3 or 4 LNBs. You could then pull in Astra 2 (28E), Astra 1 (19E) and Hotbiord (13E).

If the TM500 is capable of controlling a Diseqc switch then you can change between the LNBs seamlessly.
