Fixing a channel on a digibox

Does anyone know it is possible to fix a digibox (Sky+) on a specific channel.

We have a Sky business subscription and at certain times it changes channels automatically from Sky Sports 1 to Sky Sports 3. I assume this problem is only on the commercial packages.
 
There is a device made by Global for ensuring that a digibox in a system will always go to the same channel after a reset, but don't think that it will solve the problem you have and I haven't heard of this happening before.

What are the circumstances under which this happens?

The subscription is a commercial one, therefore I think it reveives the channels from a different transponder. When a channel is left on Sky Sports 1, it always switches to Sky Sports 3. this often happens at around 6.00am in the morning and mainly occurs over the weekend.

What is the device you are referring to. It might be useful

I wonder if someone has set autoview from the tv guide/planner ?
 
If you tune the channel you want in "add channels" and view it from the "other channels" menu (or whatever it's called - services>6) does it still change channel by itself?
