It has been very windy where I have been today, out in the sticks metal detecting, it looks like its been the same back home, I hope nothing was nesting in this box, lesson learned, I will screw them in the future, I best sort this nest box out first.

Not sure where the strong winds are that were forecast for here today - its a reasonably pleasant day. Occasional showers blowing along the valley with sunny intervals .

It was a horrible morning here, spoilt my planned day out metal detecting , its brightened up now but I cant be bothered to drive a 50 mile round trip and walk 15/20 miles now, I will spend some time in the garden later this afternoon .
