Flashing metabox I and III ?

Hie,

I tried to flash my metabox with the program from metaware and metabox center (STB wizard and also the new dowloader) but it didn't work !
I have Win XP, null modem cable and all the programs and patches. It seems like I cannot connect to the DSR.
Has anybody tried to flash metaware ? Did you success ?
