A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Seems that they have lost their bid to claim the 170 odd million against Carlton and Granada today, and may therefore take another go against the company that wrote up the original contract

As many as 40 lower division clubs are likely to fold before any money appears.

greedy buggers. they should have taken what they were offered.

it beggars belief that a) they were offered the deal in the first place and  they were legally advised not to take the revised offering and c) that i bought a programmer a month before it all went tits up

ah well! thats life

What really beggars belief is that they required no written guarantee on the payment, it was promised from what was effectively a start up company, with no track record. :)

Its probably one of the biggest snow jobs in british contract history.
