for 1.2 m channel master

I have a 1.2 m motorised channel master dish. The guy i got it from had it mounted on a 3 inch diameter pole in his garden.

I need a suitable mounting to fix to a wall that will support this beast

Hereford/Gloucs/monmouth border area free or cheap please.

No I cant weld for toffee, I do have a neigbour who is ex engineer who might help Why do you have plans for a bracket/ mount?

Of course. If you can't get the groundstand from the original owner, then it would be easy to modify a bit of 3 inch steam-pipe (or a sign-post) to mount on a wall.

Stand-offs if required are slightly more difficult, but not impossible, have you got an idea of how far the distance might be if you require one ?

I presume it has the polart mount motor attached? if so your going to need a 3" pole surely your not going to shove this on a diseqc motor?

The brackets really are quite simple, if your friend will make them for you he can use inch & a half or 2 inch angle iron which he may have or it will cost you less than a tenner at the metal scrap yard, it wants to be at least 5mm-10 mm thick and each bracket has 4 parts in a simple triangle.
Take a look at my picture, I made these myself... make sure you paint them in hammerite & don't get galvenised as he can't weld it.
My dish is a little different to yours as yours will sit above the top bracket.
You will also need to buy 2 u-bolts at the same diameter as your pole & ask him to drill holes for them near the end of the bracket, it's important that the pole is vertical 100% for a motorised system.
