Since the forum changeover, several members have reported having login problems and cannot receive a password reminder, as their registered Emails are out of date.
In many cases it will be a problem with the browser cache, deleting the cache, closing the browser and rebooting the pc will in most cases cure the problem. Just shutting down browser like Chrome may not be enough, as they often run in the background after closure.
To get a new password organised:
You can post in this thread with an alternative Email address for us to send you a reminder and we'll delete it as soon as we've changed it in your profile (separate the first part and last part from the @ symbol).
You can also message us on Facebook https://www.facebook...atelliteTVforum and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, provide an email address and your username.
