I have a Fortec Passion+ Freesat box which has locked .The reason to start with I lost my BBC HD channels I downloaded the updated firmwear on my USB and the updated Loader
set to factory settings retuned on new Astra Put the USB in It read the information But lock on file 1 and won't reboot I have sent email to Fortec Star so far no help
please help

Did you use the correct firmware for your Passion+? It's easy to mistakenly use firmware for e.g. the basic Passion STB.
