Don't know if it was a one-off, but I got a watched-thread email for this thread in my Outlook Inbox and clicked on the "Thread Name" link (rather than the "View this thread" link) then that could not find the thread!
Had another similar email, and that did the same thing and it reported "Oops! We ran into some problems"
And now it has done the same thing when I clicked on the "View this thread" link" in a further watched-thread email!!!!
Edited: Confirmed on a 2nd laptop

Copied from my other post-

I don't find it clearer just larger.

I can't see as many post headings per screen which means more scrolling down per page.

I also can't see any difference between any of the different style offerings. I tried them all hoping to get back to before - without success of course.

Oh, and absolutely the very WORST change - Alt-S no longer posts a reply. I use this widely across all forums I inhabit and to not have this is a MAJOR disadvantage.

Added to which

I've just discovered that Ctrl-I no longer italicises but brings up a Favourites menu. Ctrl-U and Ctrl-B also bring up spurious menus. With the absence of any formatting controls on the quick reply box it's a PITA to have to manually insert formatting tags.

With the disappearance of the little blob to click on to take you to the newest unread post - clicking on the post heading now does this - there's no way to simply just go to first post of the thread if it's already been read.

Nice layout, I personally preferred the full screen length (I cleared my cache). BTW do members have the option to change themes?

Holding Ctrl and - or + Alters page size
Yes but that then has a knock-on effect for any new tabs that one might open which then would be at the reduced size. This is not really a reasonable thing to be expected to have to do.

There's no way to bring up the smileys list.

And Alt-S doesn't work!

Smileys List works as before :-mamster

And there's also a Top of Page arrow, which is handy.

Bear with @chris lads - he did say there was lots to do - our forum has all sorts of tweaks added into it, all of which need putting back individually as far as I know after each upgrade..

The "jump to first unread post" button at the side of the threads would be nice to have back though - I use that one a lot

:-woohoo

I'm not saying that smileys don't work but that there's no easy way to access the list. :D

From Moonbase:
Is there an issue with password resetting?
"I got the mail with the link in to reset my password.
However, the link is not working."

Edit - didn't see other posts - high volume of traffic! ;-o
