Hello ppl..My question is this i have DM-500S and i use the newcamd..
i get on Hotbird 13degr -> Sky Italia -> all the 3 fox channels..Life Crime and news..when i say get i mean the black screen and only see the details of what the show is right now!
i found that the Encryption of all the fox channels is VideoGuard!(i try to give as much info as i can..)!
the reason i don't get picture is that i don't have the keys to do it right?and if there are keys somewhere..can i "add" them somewhere without the risk of loosing the other channels..not even affecting them in any way?

oh and in the language of the Fox Crime channel it says "ita" and "vo"..what is "vo"?????

Sky Italia package is encrypted in NDS (Videoguard) and you need an official subscription and a dedicated STB married to the card.
The subscription in Italy is quite reasonable, but in other countries it is quite expensive.
There is a shop in Greece who can supply you with Sky Italia (at least that is what they claim in the website.

The Fox channels are in the basic (Mondo) sub.
VO and ITA is the sound option to hear.
ITA=Italian and VO=Original Voice
So if it is in English, selecting VO would enable you to hear the program in English.
