what service are you trying to receive with this dish?

As mentioned in another recent thread, there isn't much really to choose from between LNb's. Noise figures are never a true value. Buy what you can afford. The Fracarro LNb's themselves are good to go. Also the Inverto and Smart Titanium have good reports.
