My reciever has found these channels but I get no picture. Do I need any special cards to view these channels?

Which Satellite?

Digital and Analogue versions of these are FTA on Atlantic Bird 3 at 5W but are part of Encrypted Packages on Hotbird, IIRC.

Bis cards look quite expensive. I don't know if its worth the 114 a year, unless you know of somewhere cheaper that does them?

There is a cheaper version than 144 pounds (NOT 114 pounds) called Bis Panorama costing 99 Euro which includes the channels that you mentioned.
Send me PM for details.

Or move your dish to 5W, where they are free to air.

PS. Apologies, post number 2 already mentions this.:)

If you're looking to buy a BIS card, buy it from a French auction site ;) Many of them will ship to the UK and because it's just a card it doesn't cost much to send.

you could buy a 2nd dish or add a motor for that money and not have to worry about a card

True enough for now, but we don't know how long the 5W Digitals will stay, let alone the Analogues!

That said, my other half has her own Dish for 5W. An extremely easy catch owing to it being so strong. Almost a battered dustbin lid job!
