Fixed satellite pointing to Eutelsat 5 degree W

Hello,

I've just replaced my PC6 Card in my FR1000HD decoder with a PC7 Card due to the message "installation not available in your region". But this isn't working. I get the same message

Has there been a change recently?

How old is the receiver and does it work with the latest standards (HD/UHD) ?
 
Is the receiver connected to the internet?
 
did this get sorted?
