Fransat is the French equivalent of Britain's Freesat, and is mainly encrypted. 5W is one of the traditional homes of French satellite TV, but 21E certainly isn't...

Both have left the multiplex. There must have been some content, but it was HEVC with parameters that were probably unknown to the usual filters
