Free french channels on 5 west

I have good signal on 5 west (for instance 13.3 dB on 11096 V, 29950, 3/4, 8PSK), but since a couple of weeks no more signal on the transponders with free french channels 12648 V, 29500, 8/9 or 12732 V, 29500, 8/9. Did these 2 transponders reduced their signal strength in the last months?
My SAT receiver is able to handle multistream, that is not an issue
 
all working as normal ..may be something wrong with your system !
 
Thanks for the feedback. Do you have the same signal strength on all transponders on 5 west? Could you please send your multistream settings for the 2 transponders above? These transponders have FEC=8/9, maybe they need more signal.
Or maybe my Inverto Black Ultra Single LNB has problems with these upper frequencies... But these channels worked some months ago, and then I had a storm and had to re-adjust the LNB

Ok, thanks. According to the lyngsat links above, the C/N lock for these transponders is 10.7 dB, much higher than the C/N lock of 6.6 dB for other transponders on 5 west
 
All fine at Heathrow with the 80cm and GTMedia Combo.

Thanks. According to the footprint of the Transalpine beam it should be the same signal strength in London as in my location Frankfurt/Germany. The other transponders from the Transalpine beam are ok.
I first thought that maybe the LNB does not work on high-band anymore, but as far as I remember I have signal on 12585 H, 8PSK, 35500, 2/3 , also a multistream transponder (I will check the signal tonight).
By the way, the C/N lock for 12585 H is according to lyngsat only 6.6 dB

Hola 'abrasat' , your map shows Alicante included. Reception here with 5ºw always ok-
Dish = 1.2m.

Could anyone please post the results of the scan of 5 west, with the signal strength for each transponder?
 
you could do basic checks with your system before posting here I think <_< ..we did check for you and confirmed it's all working without a problem !

You should get those transponders no problem at your location in Frankfurt as I can receive them load and clear on a 1.2m gibby, location central Scotland which is outside the footprint

Here's what the MIS muxes look like on 5.0W.
A new mux was activated: 12627 H, 35300, 2/3,8PSK, MIS: 1,2,3,5.

I could not find anything wrong with my system settings so I ordered a new LNB to be sure that the LNB is not the problem.
Are you sure the skew of the LNB is still correct and the dish did not slightly move due to some wind?
 
Out of curiosity I'll check I'm in NW Liverpool, 100cm dish should I receive this ok , never understood footprints.
 
Footprints are satellite maps, showing roughly what size dish, you need, to get transponders, and if they're even possible, in your area.

I'm using an 80cm dish here in the west of England, personally I think the French multistream transponders are a little bit weaker as of recent. I'm getting around 13.5dB C/N max now where I used to get it to peak up at around 15.5 before, so that's a couple of dB down. I've just tried a second 80cm dish with the same results. If your signal is marginal or you're using a smaller dish like me, that could be enough to make borderline reception drop off the cliff-edge. I'm still getting a few dB higher than the lock point so it's still fairly strong.

I've also noticed that since they've tweaked 11480H (to reduce the symbol rate a bit), it's not quite as much of an LNB cap-melter as before!
