hello

i have a viaccess card on which these channel was working FREE-X FREE-X TV2 & FRENCH LOVER on Hotbird frequency 11411 H, but now is not working any more i dunno why, can any one plz provide me the solution or information

For starters please fill your location in correctly "Earth" is of no use to anyone if someone is trying to answer a technical question.
 
Your card might only be for Via 2.6 and now free x tv boquet has taken via 2.6 away and only running via 4.0 my suggestion is to contact who ever supplied you the card and ask what they are going to do next.
