Free-x Tv disappears from Insat 2E

Dear friends,
From 21-10-2005 Free-x Tv is not coming on Insat 2E and only RR Sat and Test Tv coming on the transponder. If any body knows what happened to that channel. Whether frequency changed or removed from the satellite?
