Freesat 4K box - pink screen

Pink screen returns lots of results on Google, so it may be a common problem with TV's. The first result I got was the one below, but there are other suggestions which could be explored.

"What should I do if my LG TV displays a pink screen? Hold down the power button on your remote for at least 10 seconds before releasing it. Press it again to turn on your television. If that doesn't work, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect it."

I assumed (rightly or wrongly) the OP did a little searching before posting here. This looks like it’s worth a read. The temporary workaround is fine but it doesn’t really solve the problem.
