freesat 4k recoredable box red button options

just replacedmy humax foxsat box with a freesat 4k recordable box, humax on the way out, hd making funny noises, freesat box all set up but for some reason the red button news/sport/etc., wont work, can anybody advise me on this please? all help and advice appreciated
 
Are any interactive/streaming services working?
 
no red button services yet, took a while but found this

Ah there you go, Freesat couldn't be bothered to make sure the 4K box was fully functioning before it was released. Email them a complaint, it might chivvy them on to get it sorted.
 
Can you select Channel 981 ?
