freesat 4k recoredable box red button options

humax foxsat hdr twin tuner

just replacedmy humax foxsat box with a freesat 4k recordable box, humax on the way out, hd making funny noises, freesat box all set up but for some reason the red button news/sport/etc., wont work, can anybody advise me on this please? all help and advice appreciated

Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.

Ah there you go, Freesat couldn't be bothered to make sure the 4K box was fully functioning before it was released. Email them a complaint, it might chivvy them on to get it sorted.
