I have sky HD and a HD TV with freeview built in. I am looking to
access BBC Freesat so I can get BBC on HD as well. Is there a
way to get this without a seperate digibox??
 
You should already have it on your Sky HD box, channel 143 maybe. ( I have no Sky HD box to check)

You can also get it on HD TVs with built in FREESAT, such as the Panasonic Viera.

BBC HD is not transmitted on the terrestrial FREEVIEW service.
 
That is only BBC HD Preview which is really an advert
to indicate what is available. It seems you have to have
an additional digibox to get the BBC / ITV channels.
 
The BBC HD you see on your diigibox is the only one, _http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbchd/programmes/schedules

ITV HD is not a full channel, very little shown on it at the moment, I've been trying to catch something on it for the past few days and have yet to achieve my aim.:)
