FREESAT and the red button

My Satellite Setup
JVC 32 lcd freeview tv
TOSIBIA HDD/dvd freeview recoder combi .
FTA 28e & 13e satellete system
My Location
Blackpool, Lancashire, England
Is it possible for FREESAT to put channels such as ANIMAL PLANET, NAT GEO, DISCOVERY and VIRGIN in HD using the red button? If they made the change from SKY then maybe other channels will change if not in HD then SD.U-zzz

Technical barriers can be overcome, but I cannot see these Channels choosing to offer their Programmes for free.
